Phil Toth is founder and Managing Director of QueensGiant. He has 25years experience in institutional capital markets and financial advisory.
Phil brings an entrepreneur’s mindset to capital raising and capital markets advisory. QueensGiant is the second firm that he formed. He also co-founded the investment banking advisory firm The Quant Group, now an industry leader in Asia, at age 27. He since played a leading role or participated in transactions totaling billions of dollars. Sample transactions include acting as placement agent for marketplace lending securitizations, private debt and equity transactions, credit facilities, collapsing several securities deals and advisory roles for numerous companies. He works out of QueensGiant’s office in New York City.
Phil has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Michigan State University, and master’s degrees from the University of Oklahoma (MBA), SDA Bocconi (Master International Economics) and Columbia University (Master Public Policy). He also is Head Instructor at Harvard Universities Fintech Course, a faculty member of Columbia University’s Enterprise Risk Management Program and on the Board of Advisors for Rutgers University’s Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Program.
